COMMISSION AGREEMENT
This agreement provided is for the potential sale of the property locate on the 600 block of Carson Ave. (Snug Harbor) NJ 08401 a property listed by our office.
If the property locatedon the 600 block of Carson Ave. (Snug Harbor) is sold by an agent that is employed by a active New Jersey Real Estate Company and holds a New Jersey Real Estate license that is in good standing and active they will earn (1/2 of the 5% commission 2.5% of the total sales price of this property) to be paid at the conclusion of the settlement process. This commission agreement must be both presented and signed by both the agent and the agents buyer (client) on or before the date of the auction or the client will be considered produced by the auctioneers and no agent will have any claims to any commissions. All agents representing a buyer must be present at the Real Estate auction, or make prior arrangements.
I hereby agree to the above commission rates.
